Okay, so I had the ENTIRE post written out, pictures put up, and everything was fabulous but alas, the post has disappeared and I am upset, so here is my best effort at re-doing this once wonderful post. The twin and I decided to do a squee post but the twist was I have to do it from her point of view and she has to do one from mine. Sounds easy right? Well turns out our taste in men isn’t quite the same, in fact it’s quite different! *Helpful note the pics can be pulled up larger with a simple click in case you didn’t know*
The goalie of my twins dreams is none other than Ilya Bryzgalov, he was picked off of waivers earlier this year from the Anaheim Ducks. Since then she has been obsessed with his sweet puck stopping skills. But Bryzgalov is more than a brickwall, he’s also a sexy beast. Most people forget that because he wears a big mask, but next time you see him look underneath it…you’ll be surprised.
The first defenseman that makes my twins heart flutter is Mr. Willie Mitchell, he may look a little scary in this picture, but all in all he’s a sweet heart and I mean look at that beard!

The next blue liner is none other than Brent Burns, sure he may be missing a tooth *which I KNOW Finny loves!) in that picture but look at that face that chest, those lips, he belongs on my twins squee team for sure.
She has a thing for goofy lookin guys haha I kid I kid.
The easiest position for me to figure out was the center. My twin has a love for the San Jose Sharks for whatever reason (but she hates my beloved Devin Setoguchi WTF TWIN?!) Big Joe Thornton is one of the best players in the NHL and is an absolute blast to watch, from his passes, to his celebrations, to his post game interviews the man is a stud!
Another fairly easy decision was who to put on the right wing. My twin loves her team, and pretty much that’s it, I very RARELY hear her say nice things about any other team. That being said, there is no doubt that her right winger is Shane Doan her Captain or ‘Captain Canada’ if you prefer. He’s an amazing leader and is forever a Coyote and you have to respect the man for that.
Like I said before my twin doesn’t show a lot of love for other teams but when she does it mostly is directed towards the San Jose Sharks. Which is why her left winger is Milan Michalek, aka ‘Baby Michalek’ I think he was chosen more because of family love than anything. But, oh well it works.

The twin has now put up my squee team, you can view it, here. She got my goalie, Martin Brodeur spot on. My defensemen well one was a bit of a shock, but shoot he was still a hottie no doubt. My wingers were perfect, she knows me all too well. Brian McGrattan AKA Hubs, and Dustin Pennersquee AKA Chunky Monkey or Large Human, absolutely perfect!! Then my center, Mr. Martin Hanzal he is pretty hott, and really I’m a fan of people with Z’s in their name!!

LOL okay, dude. I am SOOOO anti-not-putting-your-teeth-in-before-you-open-wide-and-smile. I need TEETH!!!! I *NEED* TEETH!!! I’m SORRY, but as potentially adorable as that face might be, I just can’t see past the missing teeth. Sadly, it’s the same thing I thought about Todd Bertuzzi the first time he gave an intermission interview.
In fact, if Shane O’Brien lost some teeth, I’d probably cry AHAHAHA… okay, well, not if he put in replacements.

Just say NO to no teeth. I think I even told Finny that at one point “For a hockey fan I have a strange obsession with teeth.”
