Let’s hear it for the Cyclones!!!

Image via WikipediaThe Cincinnati Cyclones have reached the Kelly Cup Finals!! They are facing the Las Vegas Wranglers. Game 1 was last night in Cincinnati. The Cyclones won the game 4-2, how good are the Cyclones you may ask? They are VERY good. With goaltender Cedrick Desjardins who is absolutely my favorite goaltender to watch. He has this form that is just perfect. Then on the blue line there is Chad Starling, the huge d-man is out on the penalty kill for the entire two minutes. He is outstanding!! My favorite forward to watch is Barret Ehgoetz, this is his second season with the Cyclones and he is always entertaining. For a smaller guy he makes some big hits and some great plays. Anyway game 2 is tonight at the US Bank arena in downtown Cincinnati. I am hopefully going to make it but, you never know with me.

I was so tempted to come down for one of the games this weekend! But I had tickets to last night’s Crew game and an invitation to a bonfire tonight. Plus I’ll be in Cincinnati next weekend and with $4 gas…ugh.
Anyway, go ‘Clones!

How was the Crew game?! I have been wanting to go to one of their games…I think I will go in October when they play Becks!! But, Go Clones indeed.

The Crew lost, so not so great.
I think they’re doing the package deal thing for the Galaxy game again this season, btw, where they make you buy tickets to three or four games to be allowed to buy tickets for the Galaxy.

Yeah, I saw that, that sucks. I’ll have to figure out what I can do. I’m not going up there for 4 games just to be able to go see Becks. LOL
